Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing us for your shopping needs. We prioritize your satisfaction and aim to provide a transparent and trustworthy Returns & Refund policy. Please familiarize yourself with the following conditions for a smooth and reliable experience:

The product doesn't match the listing description.

You receive the wrong item.

The parcel does not deliver in 30days.

Note:

** You can not cancel the order after we have fulfilled it and it's on the way to your address.

** Pls DON'T return your parcel to the address on the package, pls contact us for the return address.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return (mail out) an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

** For pillows, given the personal nature of these products, we accept returns only if the item is damaged at delivery or if there is a product defect. 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the money within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

If you have made an error in entering your shipping address, the package is not delivered and returned to us, we can refund you the cost of the item less the shipping charges already incurred; if the package is lost and not returned to us, sorry we are not able to refund you.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
