SereneHeat Ergonomic Cervical Pillow Remote Control Instructions 

**1. Powering On/Off:**
- To turn on the heating pillow, press the **POWER** button.
- To turn it off, press the **POWER** button again.

**2. Selecting the Heating Duration:**
- Choose your desired heating time by pressing the **TIMER** button. The available options are:
  - 15 minutes
  - 30 minutes
  - 45 minutes
  - 60 minutes
- The corresponding indicator light will illuminate next to your selected duration.

**3. Adjusting the Temperature:**
- There are 4 temperature levels to choose from, indicated by the bars on the remote:
  - Level 1: Lowest heat
  - Level 2: Low heat
  - Level 3: Medium heat
  - Level 4: High heat
- Press the **POWER** button repeatedly to cycle through the temperature levels. The corresponding indicator will light up next to the selected level.

**4. Safety Note:**
- The heating pillow operates at a safe 5V and is powered via a USB charge cord. For optimal safety, always use the timer function to ensure it automatically turns off after the selected duration.

Please avoid using the heating function in the following situations: high blood pressure, fever, intoxication, extreme fatigue, and similar conditions.

To use the heating function, the pillow must be plugged in. It cannot be charged and used unplugged.
